In 2022, YOU committed $5.2 million to create instrumental change at UPMC in North Central Pa. YOU renovated buildings, launched new programs, and provided for those in the greatest need. Thanks to YOU, we are doing great things – the right things – for our patients and your neighbors.
Last year, we completed the renovation and expansion of the first floor of the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute at Williamsport; we established nearly 40 new endowments since 2019 and began distributing their funds for equipment and education; we helped 150 patients in need with prescription costs, gas cards, and co-pays; and we saved the hair of more than 75 chemotherapy patients.
