Signature Gifts
Individuals and organizations whose giving includes a donation or multi-year pledge at one of the following levels:
- $5,000,000+
- $2,500,000 – $4,999,999
- $1,000,000 – $2,499,999
- $500,000 – $999,999
- $250,000 – $499,999
- $100,000 – $249,999
Cornerstone Society
Individuals who make a donation or multi-year pledge at one of the following levels:
- $75,000 – $99,999
- $50,000 – $74,999
- $25,000 – $49,999
- $15,000 – $24,999
- $10,000 – $14,999
Caduceus Society
Physicians who make a donation or multi-year pledge at one of the following levels:
- $500,000+
- $250,000 – $499,999
- $100,000 – $249,999
- $50,000 – $99,999
- $25,000 – $49,999
- $15,000 – $24,999
- $10,000 – $14,999
- $2,500 – $9,999
Business & Industry Gifts
Businesses or foundations who make a donation or multi-year pledge at one of the following levels:
- $1,000,000+
- $500,000 – $999,999
- $250,000 – $499,999
- $100,000 – $249,999
- $50,000 – $99,999
- $25,000 – $49,999
- $15,000 – $24,999
- $5,000 – $14,999
Endowment Gifts
Individuals and businesses who make a donation or multi-year pledge to established an endowment at one of the following levels:
- $250,000 – $499,999
- $100,000 – $249,999
- $75,000 – $99,999
- $50,000 – $74,999
- $25,000 – $49,999
Keystone Society
Individuals and businesses who make an annual commitment at one of the following levels:
- $1,000+
- $500 – $999
- $250 – $499
Legacy Society
The Legacy Society recognizes those who make a planned or estate gift to Susquehanna Health Foundation. The Legacy Society offers an opportunity to be recognized now for your future generosity.
Naming Opportunities
Naming opportunities are available for all gifts of $50,000 and greater.
Recognition for major donors is cumulative for donations and/or pledges since 2008.
